Museum of Jurassic Technology books

Take for example the Museum of Jurassic Technology. […] It’s a museum kind of dedicated to the concept of museums. […] There’s a gallery full of paintings of cosmonaut dogs. There was a whole section dedicated to cat’s cradles. In a way it’s all about whimsy, but in another sense it’s about curation. […] The wunderkammer is sort of the beginning of the museum, which is just your collection of weird sh*t.
It’s whimsy; it’s going in there and not knowing, “is this sh*t real?” That’s what this book is about. […] The truth doesn’t matter, as long as you’re engaged in this experience.
